1884 is a landmark year as the foundation stone was laid 142 years ago for the Shri Vaishnav Group of Institutions by compassionate Cloth Merchants of the Vaishnav cult of Indore, MP (India) which was later reconstituted as Shri Vaishnav SahayakKapada Market Committee in the year 1934.

Shri Vaishnav Vidyapeeth Trust believes in taking the Nation forward by improving the quality of life of its citizens by continuously working in the sphere of education, health, and the environment. Shri Vaishnav Vidyapeeth Trust has sponsored the University to promote, manage and offer professional and vocational education, and to organize personality and other training and development programs. The University imparts higher education in varied disciplines with a view to make the students confident, vibrant, dynamic, and competitive worldwide. It holds and conducts meetings, and participate in conferences, lectures, seminars, and symposia and enter relations with other societies, institutions, academies, colleges and universities to deal with them to help and guide the students to pursue professional and higher education for the purpose of advancing knowledge in various disciplines of education.

Shri Vaishnav Vidyapeeth Vishwavidyalaya was established under Madhya Pradesh NijiVishwavidyalya(SthapnaAvamSanchalan) Adhiniyam 2007, amended in 2014 on January 8, 2015. Shri Vaishnav Institute of Information Technology is a premier institute established after thorough research and with a professional attitude through a team of highly qualified professionals with a wealth of experience from technical and professional backgrounds. Ltd., Red Hat Academy, National Cyber Defense Research Center (NCDRC), Apple Authorized Training Center (AATCE), Google Cloud India,TATA Consultancy Services (TCS), and IMPETUS Technologies to roll out degree programs that are jointly developed and certified to make sure the students have the best from both the worlds of Academia and Industry. About Indore

The history of Indore reveals that the ancestors of the founders of the city were the Zamindars and indigenous landholders of Malwa. Indore popularly known as “Mini Bombay”; is a tier 2 city, the largest city of the Indian State of Madhya Pradesh by population. Indore wields a significant impact upon commerce, finance, media, art, fashion, research, technology, education, and entertainment, and has been described as the commercial capital of the state. Recently Indore has been ranked the number 1 clean city continuously in the last six years.   • The mode of the conference would be hybrid (In-person and virtual). Selected papers will be published in edited book with ISBN number by renowned publisher after the conference and indexed on Google Scholar. We cordially invite esteemed researchers to contribute papers to ICTDTS3F - 2026 in any area of computing research.

    • Where to Submit: The author can submit papers at: No- Show Policy: Any accepted paper included in the final program is expected to have at least one author or qualified proxy attend and present the paper at the conference. If a paper is not presented at the conference, the paper will not be published. No Fee will be refunded in such a case.

    Responsibilities of Authors

    Authors are expected to present original research that has not been published elsewhere. All data, methods, and findings should be accurately reported, without fabrication, falsification, or inappropriate data manipulation. Authors must properly acknowledge the contributions of others, including citing relevant work. Plagiarism, in any form, is unacceptable and will result in the rejection of the submitted paper. Furthermore, authors should disclose any potential conflicts of interest that might influence the results or interpretation of their work. Submitting the same manuscript to multiple conferences or journals simultaneously is considered unethical and is strictly prohibited.

    Plagiarism Prevention

    To maintain the integrity of the conference proceedings, all submitted manuscripts will be screened for plagiarism using specialized detection software. Manuscripts found to have a similarity index exceeding 10% will be scrutinized, and authors may be asked to revise or provide explanations for the overlaps. Instances of confirmed plagiarism will lead to the rejection of the manuscript and may result in further disciplinary actions.

    Description of the peer review process

    The conference’s Technical Program Chair will appoint a Technical Program Committee.

    The Technical Program Committee collaborates to review and discuss submitted papers.

    Review occurs during a fixed window of time. All authors are notified of the decision on their paper at the same time.

    To ensure honest and impartial evaluation, double blind peer-review will be carried out.

    During the peer review process, reviewers look for the following.:

    • Scope: Is the paper appropriate for the scope of this conference?
    • Novelty: Is this original material distinct from previous publications?
    • Validity: Is the study well designed and executed?
    • Data: Are the data reported, analyzed, and interpreted correctly?
    • Clarity: Are the ideas expressed clearly, concisely, and logically?
    • Compliance: Are all ethical and publication requirements met?
    • Advancement: Is this a significant contribution to the field?
    • Plagiarism: Less than 10%.
    • AI Generation: Is your paper AI generated?

    Peer Review Decisions: Conference peer review occurs within a fixed window of time. All authors are notified of the peer review decision on their paper at the same time.

    Three possible decisions:

    Accept: Paper will be published without edits.

    Accept with revision: Paper will be accepted after author implement edits suggested by the reviewers.

    Reject: Paper will not be presented at the conference or published in the conference proceedings.
